When you request a ride through Tirriwala, you are placing an offer to hire an independent driver partner. The booking is confirmed when a driver accepts your request.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable zone rates displayed in the app. The estimated fare shown before booking is indicative; the final fare may vary due to route changes, traffic, or waiting time.

All content on the Tirriwala platform — including the app, logo, brand name, design, software, and text — is the intellectual property of Zetuka Tech Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Tirriwala platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zetuka Tech Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue services. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
